The Rakes

Punk-rock band The Rakes spent most of 2005 touring (most recently opening for Franz Ferdinand in continental Europe) and enjoying increasing media attention for their irregular but energetic and occasionally inspired debut album Capture/Release. This week, the London-based quartet comes back with a new single not included in their full-length: live favorite 'All Too Human,' a less-frenzied, more full-fledged piece of rock-songwriting that sounds promising and should help build anticipation for their upcoming second album.
